JCJ provides 3D digital model of the building that consists virtual equivalents of the actual building parts and pieces to build a building or this is simply known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). Using BIM in our projects allow us to simulate the building and understand its behavior in a computer environment way before the actual construction starts. With BIM and the purpose to provide a wide range of information from visualization to final documentation, JCJ is able to produce well coordinated and efficient projects.

 

JCJ also teams up with architects, structural and mechanical engineers to work on one centralize model as part of the collaboration process which is a key to the success of the project.

 

JCJ uses BIM software for 3D modeling, rebar detailing and consultant coordination. Working in a collaborative environment utilizing lean construction principles and having powerful tools promotes a successful project that is higher in quality and lower in cost. JCJ utilizes BIM software to the maximum, investing resources in the development of the software and training qualified personnel. JCJ’s objective to promote BIM technology is to increase accuracy, interdisciplinary model coordination and on-time delivery.
