JCJ Design Engineering offers structural assessment services for most type of structures constructed with any or combination of the following material types:

  -  Concrete

  -  Wood

  -  Steel and/or

  -  Masonry

 

Directed by clients, our engineers will conduct site visit/s to perform structural assessment of existing structures primarily by visual observation. Invasive exploration and material testing could be proposed to determine extent of damage as required. Report/s will be prepared accompanying by photos taken during site visit with recommendation on repairs. If required, JCJ will prepare structural repair drawings, specification and letter of assurance.
